Executive Coaching
We believe in starting all Executive Coaching assignments by agreeing the coaching objectives in a three way contract between the sponsoring organisation, the Client and the Executive Coach. Before starting an assignment the Client has a consultation meeting with the Executive Coach to ensure he, or she, feels there is the right relationship match. Our contracts contain a mid-term and completion review of the achievement of the executive coaching objectives.
We have no standard program or approach to executive coaching and treat each of our Clients and their coaching topics as unique. This means that we are able to offer executive coaching best suited to the needs of our Clients in order to enable them to achieve their coaching objectives.
